Yes, limited in-person coaching is available for P1 triathletes in the Fort Lauderdale area as a premium add-on to the program. These sessions are separate from the base coaching and focus on hands-on technique work and real-time feedback.
Yes. A 7 day free trial is available on the monthly TRI Swim Club program. The trial gives you time to explore the workouts, coaching, and structure before committing.
Free trials are not available on one-time purchase competition programs.
- Log onto FITR via a web browser
- Head to the drop-down profile menu and select ‘Billing’
- Select 'My Purchases’
Use the action menu to the right of each program to see the available options which, depending on the program's current status, will include:
- Cancel Subscription
- Resume Subscription
- Reschedule
Joining the community is simple:
- Go to the Programs page
- Choose and purchase the program that fits your goals
- Download TRI Swim Club App to access your workouts
Once you're in the App, your program will be waiting for you!

- Click your profile picture in the top right.
- Head to 'Billing'
- Head to the payment methods tab
You'll see the options to add new cards and make changes to cards already linked to your account.
TRI Swim Club is a structured group program that scales to your level. P1 is fully personalized: your training plan, feedback, and coaching calls are built entirely around you, your goals, and your race schedule. It's for triathletes who want direct, one-to-one coaching rather than a shared program.
All programs include direct 1-on-1 access to Coach Ziggy through the in-app chat. You can message him just like texting, and he can share videos, notes, and resources right in the thread.

Absolutely. Every program includes four distance tracks, so you can start where you are and progress at your own pace—no need to buy a new plan as you improve. Whether you're a beginner or just getting back in the pool, the structure is built to meet you where you’re at and grow with you.
Absolutely. Every cycle and session is built with purpose—whether it's pacing, heart rate targets, or recovery. You'll also find embedded demo videos and written notes specifying effort levels and the goals of the day.
